Windows Vista Platforms -

"You run installation or update but the data does not seem new or current"
    Problem: This might be an issue on Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.
    Solution: Autotel data is being stored in two different locations on your computer
hard drive. Go to the following directory and delete the Autotel folder.

You must make sure you can view "hidden system files" to see this folder.
This can be done my checking the "show hidden files..." in the folder options.


C:\users\Bob Thompson\appdata\local\virtualstore\program files\Autotel

*where "Bob Thompson" is the name of the user, replace with your user name.

Delete the entire folder and sub folders.

Once done, run Autotel as usual.
